This trade could be done today: KAT to Spurs for Sochan and 2 snipers that could provide use in limited roles. Both Harris and Burks are expiring contracts from the Pistons, who are rewarded with a couple of 2RPs. The meat of this trade is KAT for Sochan and Keldon Johnson. The others are expiring contracts (plus Moore traded to create a roster spot), which are swapped to balance the salaries, and to give cap space to the Twolves next season so they can resign Conley and SloMo.

A KAT trade is tough to justify for MN fans right now when the team finally is playing well, but it’s probably better to rip off the bandaid now than to wait.
